The ground floor of the Village Hall is let as office space to ERFA – an organisation providing practical, flexible First Aid, Health and Safety training and support services.
They provide training with a relaxed, practical and fun approach ensuring that their support services are provided with the focus to empower organisations to be able to develop and manage their Health and Safety Management & Arrangements in-house and not to create a dependence on a third party.They can develop courses specifically to meet clients needs.
They have a number of trainers across the country from several professional backgrounds including:

- Health and Safety Practioners
- Fire Officers
- Catering and Hospitality Specialists
- Educational Specialists

Pilates is a low impact system of gentle strengthening and stretching exercises designed to develop the body’s core and improve posture and balance. It is suitable for people of all ages, abilities and fitness. Classes are led by professional instructor Catherine Gerrish, at the Standish Osteopathic Practice in Standish Village Hall.
Time: Wednesdays from 1930 – 2030
Cost: To guarantee a place, pre-book in blocks of 6 at £42. Drop-in sessions may be possible at £7, depending on availability.
